This new member directory form will allow you to create player/participant profiles
linked to your account and join our mailing list. If you are creating an account, please do so under the Parent/Guardian information.
 

If you have more than 1 player/participant in your household,
you can add more players/participants at the end. 

Look for the  button on the REVIEW page
or the    on the CONFIRMATION page.
 

NOTE:  You will also be able to add a new player/participant when
registering for a specific program.
